Shipping Information

Where do you ship?

At this time, we primarily ship to customers in the U.S. and Canada. If you are located outside these regions and are interested in placing an order, please contact us before purchasing.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Once your order has shipped and tracking is available, you can follow the shipment through the order status page.

How can I track my order?

If you entered your email at checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once tracking information has been added to your order, you can track your shipment through the order status page.

Shipping Policy

Currently, we mainly ship orders to customers in the United States and Canada. If you are located outside these areas and are interested in placing an order, please contact us first.

Orders are usually processed as soon as possible after payment is confirmed and will be shipped by express courier. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, orders are expected to be delivered within approximately 5 business days after payment is completed.

Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier arrangement, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Once your order has been shipped and tracking information is available, you will be able to track the shipment through the order status page.

If you provide your email address during checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once tracking information is added to your order, you can also check the latest delivery status through the order status page.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are not included in the product price and will be charged separately. The final shipping cost may vary depending on the destination, package size, package weight, and actual courier charges at the time of shipment.

How do I install the handle?

Our handles are designed for easy installation.

Each product page includes an image-based installation guide, and a video guide is available for step-by-step support. If you need any further assistance, please feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

What if I’m not sure if the handle will fit my reel?

Please refer to the reel compatibility guide on each product page. If your reel is not listed or you are unsure about compatibility, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

What should I do if I have trouble installing the handle?

If you run into any issues during installation, please contact us with your reel model and photos if possible. We’ll do our best to help you solve the problem.

What if something is missing or damaged in my order?

If your order arrives with missing or damaged parts, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We’ll review the issue and arrange support accordingly.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us by e-mail within 7 days after receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with the original packaging.
Items that have been used, modified, scratched, or damaged due to improper use or installation are not eligible for return or exchange.
If the return or exchange is caused by our mistake, we will cover the related shipping cost.
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
